Response times
Many enquiries raised can be dealt with completely within 2 weeks, however
activities beyond our control can delay this, sometimes significantly, for
example:
An ongoing court case which could affect the disclosability of any of the
items we offer for purchase.
Delays in processing Police documentation, be they due to technical issues
or resource availability.
Handling searches for older incidents may incur additional time due to
record archiving and data protection activities beyond our control.
There may be delays in processing if insufficient information is provided in
your initial request. Please watch for notifications from our system should we
request additional information. Failure to provide timely responses to these
may result in your enquiry being placed on hold.
